What kind of paint is used to make a wall stencil that you can only see when the sun shines on it just right?

That would probably be painting the wall with a flat paint, then the stencil in a high gloss paint of the same color. or using a glaze.
Stencil the design with a glossy finish paint the same color as the wall, or stencil the design with a clear poly in a glossy finish. The design with gleem in the light. Good luck!
