what type of spray paint do i need to use in order to do it?
what type of paper do i need for my printer??

I use regular spray paint on mine. It hardly fades (and I've been waering one for over a year regularly) but wash it the first time by itself.
regular cardstock makes a fairly sturdy stencil. If using a photo put in a photoshop thing and make it b&w and high contrast so there is only solid black and white. then cut out with an Xacto knife

Why does it have to be spray paint? Silk screen paint can be controlled much better and you can do more with it. Colors and techniques can be done with silk screen paint that can't be done with spraying.
