Open Question: If you tweeze, wax, or pluck your eyebrow hairs to much will your eyebrows not grow back
I use to have full thick eyebrows and i use to get my eyebrows waxed but the person got a lilttle crazi and took to much off and now i use a stencil and powder to make them more fuller but i want them to grow back like they use to be
I have Anastasia classic stencils, and they are wonderfull!!
But I don't know how I can fill them in?
I have black eyebrows so anything black won't really work. :(
