I want to paint house numbers and need to know which paint is long lasting quick drying and will be reasonably easy to see at night in car lights / not too bright as it can be an eyesore,also the

Okay, the real kicker is I paint furniture, even hand painted detail, not using a stencil. But I just can't seem to form a color scheme in my mind that will pull my dining room furniture together

I was at a graphics shop and saw a printer that would cut a stencil out of a sheet of plastic - it worked off a regular pc and basically it cut the plastic so you could paint through the stencil.
